Timeline

: ADMISSION FORM :

The Online Admission Form for the Session 2026 – 27 (NURSERY and LKG) will be available in the School Website (www.bmskrishnagar.in) from Monday, 1st September 2025 onwards.

UKG to Class – VII application form will be available from the month of November 2025. Please visit the website to get the confirmation.

Submission Info

: Submission of the Admission Form and Documents:

The printout of the ONLINE ADMISSION FORM (UKG to Seven) with photocopies of the necessary documents can be submitted in the School Office every Friday, from 12th September 2025 till further notice (except holidays) from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Checklist

: Documents to be submitted with the Admission Form.:

Photocopies of Birth Certificate & Birth Registration Certificate.

Proof of names of both parents (Pan/Passport/Matriculation/etc).
★
Child’s Immunization record.
★
Proof of Residential Address (Self-attested).
★
Proof of Income of both parents (Self-attested).
★
Original Blood Group certificate of the child.
★
SC/ST/OBC Certificate in candidate’s name.
★
Aadhar Card of Child and parents (Self attested & Compulsory).
★
For Christians: Baptism Certificate & Introduction from Parish Priest.
★
Photocopy of the Marksheet (Half Yearly) of the present class (for UKG to Class VII).

Testing & Rules

: Interaction Procedure:

We are pleased to hold an interaction (For Nursery & LKG) with all the valid applicants (Child along with the father and mother). All the original documents has to be shown during the interaction. The date and time of the interaction will be informed through BMS app.

For UKG to Class – VII a Written Admission Test will be conducted.

**All communication from the school will be done through the applicants registered mobile Number or through our BMS app. **

A School Transfer Certificate Original (TC), Bangla portal Transfer Certificate (TC) with signature of Head of the Institution with Office Seal & the Mark sheet of the previous class (photocopy) must be submitted during the admission (for UKG to Class- VII).

For valid applicants (UKG to Class- VII), admission will be on the basis of a written test and availability of seats.

Syllabus for the Written test:
  • UKG & Primary: English & Mathematics of the last class attended.
  • High School: English, Mathematics & Science of the last class attended.

The cost of the Admission Form Rs. 500/- is to be submitted along with the filled in Admission form.
